SCOPE

Procedure to outline the return guidelines of Tri-Med product in the United States market.

PROCEDURE

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Those wishing to return stock must contact [email protected] first.

Tri-Med will consider the return of stock in the following circumstances:

  • The stock has been damaged during delivery to the customer
  • The stock has been found to be defective after receipt by the customer
  • There is an error with the amount of stock delivered.

Stock will not be considered for a return if:

  • The stock has been damaged after receipt by the customer
  • Undamaged opened stock no longer wanted by the customer
  • The stock has expired

The lists above are non-exhaustible and other situations may be assessed depending on
circumstances.
